Job Description

The job holder is represented as the first line contact for both internal and external customers of Credit Bureau Cambodia (CBC) by providing an effective customer service to improve the customer satisfaction and experiences with CBC products and services.

Job Requirements

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Effectively handle and resolve the customer concern and complaints via e-mail/phone call by providing an appropriate responses and accurate information
  • Keep track on the complaints and concern raised by CBC members to be solved within provided time frame
  • Ensure the concerned and complaint are logged with proper solution
  • Work closely with CBC members to improve the data quality by following up on data upload, monthly issue and others, if any
  • Well-engaged with CBC members to obtain the latest information and process updated
  • Process customer requests/orders/changes/returns base on procedures and/or guidelines
  • Identify the system issues and work with related unit/department to fulfill the gap
  • Develop forms, guideline or procedure for Customer Support team
  • Monitor on the issues own members to understand the need
  • Conduct refresher training to existing CBC members
  • Develop weekly tracking on the unsolved issues
  • Monthly report of the issue handling
  • Maintain list of new inquiries/concerns/challenges faced by Customer Support team and submit to Supervisor/Manager when required
  • Other tasks as assigned

Education and Work Experience:

  • Degree or relevant professional qualifications in Business, Finance or Management;At least 1 year experiences with financial institutions;
  • Demonstrates the ability to be proactive & take the initiative to pay attention to detail
  • Good oral and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to interact effectively and collaboratively both internally and externally;
  • Strong interpersonal skill, self-motivated, and be a team player;
  • Honesty, reliability, and a commitment to strict confidentiality;
  • Ability to work under pressure with deadline;
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office;
