Job Description

The Partnership Manager will play an important role in the R&D team of CBC to develop and strengthen economy-wide partnerships of CBC to create a sustainable ecosystem to promote credit risk management, enhance financial inclusion and strengthen the positioning of CBC as a key financial infrastructure promoting data-driven decision-making. Such ecosystem collaborations will also be instrumental to effectively implement the product roadmap of CBC. The successful candidate will also collaborate with product, research and marketing teams to build and maintain highest levels of trust and recognition for CBC as a key ecosystem enabler among existing and potential partners and stakeholders. In this role, s/he will closely work with financial institutions, businesses, development partners, industry associations and government agencies.


Job Requirements


Industry Ecosystem Partnerships

Develop and manage strategic collaboration with industry associations, government agencies, financial institutions, development partners and relevant businesses in developing and implementing sector-wide initiatives for positioning CBC as a key financial infrastructure and ecosystem enabler. This involves identifying potential strategic partners with key value proposition in alignment with CBC’s vision and mission, developing partnership development proposals considering synergy of such partnership to ecosystem benefits to the financial industry as well as managing, monitoring and strengthening existing partnerships.

Data Acquisition and Collaborations

Secure new data contributors and identify third party data providers to supplement CBC’s data asset. This requires collaboration with Product team to understand emerging data needs and set priorities for acquisition targets in alignment with upcoming product development.

Financial Inclusion and Responsible Lending

Develop and implement collaborations and plans to promote financial inclusion and strengthen responsible lending in Cambodia.

Product distribution Partnerships

Develop and manage commercially viable business partnerships with financial institutions and businesses to distribute existing and new products of CBC that contribute to promotion and adoption of data-driven decision-making solutions of CBC in the market.

Other Duties:

·         Support planning and implementation of events from time to time

·         Support the management team with other tasks that may emerge from time to time 


1.    Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Communication, Marketing, Social Sciences, Public Policy, Economics, Information Systems or a related field.

2.    At least 5 years’ experience in multi-stakeholder partnership management, project management and/or new business / project development, preferably, in a B2B setting.

3.    Understanding of economic environment and financial sector landscape in Cambodia.

4.    Experience writing reports, white papers and other project planning documentations
