CBC’s shareholding structure is a combination of national and international companies sharing an aim of establishing a world-class private credit bureau company in the Kingdom of Cambodia. The shareholding structure is simple, with only two shareholders.

I. CREDIT BUREAU HOLDING (CAMBODIA) LTD

Credit Bureau Holding (Cambodia) Ltd., registered in the Kingdom of Cambodia, is one of the shareholders of CBC and holds 51% of shares in CBC. This company “CBHC” is comprised of banks and microfinance institutions in Cambodia. CBHC represents local shareholders comprising majority equity in the leading credit bureau in Cambodia.

 

II. EQUIFAX CAMBODIA HOLDING PTE. LIMITED

Equifax Cambodia Holdings Pte. Limited, registered in Singapore, was established in 2010 with the sole purpose of holding 49% of shares in the CBC. This company “ECH” is a joint-venture between two strategic partners, that collectively have a significant global footprint operating leading credit bureaus. These partners are: (1) Asia Credit Bureau Holdings Pte. Ltd., a Singapore-based company and (2) Equifax Inc., a United States-based company.
