Public Training on “Consumer Account Data Upload Process”

Phnom Penh 26 June, 2019, Credit Bureau Cambodia (CBC) organized a public training for its members on “Consumer Account Data Upload Process” at CBC office to more than 30 participants represent 22 financial institutions.
The training was delivered to cover with 3 specific purposes to refresh on data upload process, reduce the issues on the common mistakes on data upload, and discuss and find solution on their frequent issues. With the clear structures and processes, CBC assured all participants perfectly understand the main points and could share their knowledge to their team members in their institutions for the better implementation.
CBC regularly holds public training at least once a month to its members on data upload, data enquiry, and how to read credit report analysis so as to refresh such knowledge to its members’ staff who handle on these above subjects, consolidate common errors/mistakes and compile the solutions for sharing to its members, and finally reduce the issues, which results in work efficiency.
