RESPONSIBILITIES/ DUTIES:
- Support and monitor entire IT ecosystem (infrastructure, security, network, database, software) to ensure that all operations services are running without faults;
- Manage the delivery of IT Services that meet agreed service;
- Ensure that documentation of our IT ecosystem is maintained and created where needed
- Identify, propose and address areas of improvement in the IT systems and infrastructure;
- Configuring and installing various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, QoS)
- Performing network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations
- Manage and ensure effectiveness of security solutions, including firewalls, anti-virus solutions, and intrusion detection systems
- Undertake other duties as may be required from time to time.

REQUIRED SKILL AND EXPERIENCES:
- Experience managing and configuring enterprise-wide LAN, WAN & VPN
- Knowledge of current protocols and standards, including Active Directory, Group Policies, MS Exchange, Core Switching/Routing, SSL/IPSec, SAN, Virtualization
- Bachelor qualification in IT or/and in other appropriate discipline;
- Technical sound in Window 7/8, Office 2010 and Exchange;
- Strong technical aptitude, especially relating to PC/Server/Network hardware;
- Proficient with enterprise troubleshooting/monitoring tools and network operation concepts;
- Ability to think analytically;
- Excellent technical communications skill and documentation;
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English and the ability to interact effectively and collaboratively both internally and externally;
- Demonstrates the ability to take the initiative and pay close attention to detail;
- Honesty, reliability, and a commitment to strict confidentiality; and
- Is self-motivated and committed to self-improvement.
