Market Analysis
• Conduct market analysis to identify market segments with new opportunities based on data insights and market research / surveys
• Monitor the market for keeping track of collaborative and alternative offerings in the market
Product Ideation and Concept Development
• Conduct research, consultation and analysis to support the Senior Product Manager in developing product ideas and proposals that are driven by identified customer pain points and market needs
• Research, consult, design and test new products and their specifications
• Coordinate product development and management engagements with other business units
Product Launch
• Prepare product documentation and collaborate with marketing team to launch new products
• Develop product briefing and usage materials, documents and trainings to business units
Product Review and Monitoring
• Track and monitor performance of products after launch
• Collaborate with business units to receive feedback on existing products and support Product Manager in enhancing or adapting the products
Communication
• Maintain regular and effective communication with internal departments to ensure effective cross-departmental collaboration
Other Duties
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor
• Take initiative in doing other tasks appropriately
EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:
• Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Economics, Business or a related degree
• Coursework on Statistics or Econometrics will be a strong plus
• At least 2 years’ experience in digital / data product management or business analyst role
• Familiarity and working knowledge of programming language and software development is preferred
• Prior knowledge of banking, microfinance, leasing and fintech landscape is highly preferable

• Self-starter, capable of working independently, proactively and operating effectively in ambiguity
• Accuracy and attention to details
• Ability to adapt and eagerness to learn in a constantly evolving and fast paced environment
• Ability to work in matrix project structures in cross-functional teams
• Ability to develop professional presentations, summaries and reports in data-driven storytelling style that appeals to C-level executives
• Honesty, reliability, and a commitment to strict confidentiality
• Familiarity with online and offline research techniques
• Strong communicator with ability to switch hats between data/technical speak and business/layperson speak
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in Khmer and English
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
